When meeting Jenni, you’ll learn very quickly that she prides herself on ensuring her clients feel they have someone in their corner, advocating for them and supporting them every step of the way. Her kind and empathetic nature helps her clients feel at ease during what is often the most traumatic and stressful time of their lives. Jenni’s strength is her ability to remain calm and collected during all stressful times. Her foresight enables clients to have an insight on processes and ideas they would otherwise be blind to. With a centred and grounded approach, Jenni is an excellent balance of intellect and purity of heart.

Jenni is highly experienced in resolving complex parenting and property matters and will explore all options before recommending clients consider court proceedings. Jenni is a strong leader with a firm but fair approach to family law. She has a keen intellect and grasp of the family law framework and how to achieve the best outcomes for her clients. Jenni is insightful and dedicated to working with her clients with whatever they need from drafting complex legal documents, advocating in court, to negotiating in the best interests of them and their family.

Jenni was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2008 and of the High Court of Australia in 2009. Since that time, she has practiced almost exclusively in family law and has a proven track record of resolving cases to the satisfaction of her clients. Jenni has had a number of clients from regional and remote areas which opened her eyes to the challenges of getting access to quality legal advice – many of her client’s were forced to take time away from their farms and family to travel to meet lawyers in larger towns and cities often at great personal expense. This was a major factor that led Jenni to want to create a new way of offering legal support to rural and regional communities.

In her spare time, Jenni enjoys cycling in the Gold Coast hinterland and spending time by the fire with her husband, Pete, and their rescue dogs. Jenni has a kind heart and is committed to animal welfare causes, with a particular passion for animals needing respite and palliative care. Jenni and Pete love visiting their family and friends in regional areas, and they can often be spotted riding their bikes along country roads, up mountain ranges and along the regional rail trails.
