Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
The Court’s family law jurisdiction includes applications for divorce, proof of divorce, applications for spousal maintenance, property and financial disputes, parenting orders, enforcement of orders, location and recovery orders, warrants for the apprehension or detention of a child, and determination of parentage. The website includes information and videos relating to these areas of family law.
Women’s Legal Service Qld
Women’s Legal Service Queensland is a for-purpose community legal organisation providing free legal advice to vulnerable and disadvantaged clients. The website includes a range of fact sheets relating to Domestic Violence, Family Violence and Family Law.
Best for Kids
Best for Kids is a community legal education initiative of Legal Aid NSW. Legal Aid has developed the Best for Kids website for young people and their families. The site contains videos and information for young people on a range of legal topics and for adults on family law issues.
The Australian Parenting Website
The Australian Parenting Website is supported by the Australian Government, Department of Social Services, and provides information about how to help children and pre-teens adjust to separation or divorce, suitable for children aged 1-11 years.
