It can be a challenge to then choose between sacrificing your privacy by seeing someone connected to your community, or having to travel hours to see an out of town lawyer at great cost in terms of time, money and convenience. This just makes an already hard time even more difficult.

To assist, we’ve developed what we call our Farmgate Family Law®. We know that many people living in regional and remote areas work on the land. We know farm life is a seven day a week job. Taking a day off to drive to meet with a family lawyer in another town just isn’t an option. We get it.

We want to make expert family law advice as convenient and accessible as possible. We know you don’t operate on a 9 to 5 schedule, so neither do we. We schedule appointments when they suit you. And we come to you. We can even meet you at your farmgate if that’s what you need.

One of the benefits of this – aside from the convenience – is that the nosy local know-it-all won’t see your car parked outside the lawyer’s office in town. This is particularly important if you’re coming to us for pre-separation advice, and haven’t yet made a decision about whether to end your relationship or not.

Of course if you’d like to travel to us, that’s an option too. We’ve based ourselves in Robina, about a minute from the highway and about 3 minutes from the roads that lead to the hinterland and beyond. We also have reserved parking onsite, so there’s no need to worry about finding a spot.
